Payment Policy:
We accept Credit Card/Debit (Processed through PayPal), or Cheque/Money Order.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or Greyhound and a tracking number will be available. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Return Policy:
Returns must be authorized in advance by e-mailing sales@thewateringbowl.ca
If the return is our error a manufacture defect or shipping damage, we will gladly credit back the full amount charged including shipping fees (if any) and we will credit your return shipment charges providing that the following conditions have been met:
(1) You have contacted us and the return was authorized
(2) Merchandise is shipped back in the same condition (including original packaging) and has not been used
(3) You include the original invoice that was e-mailed to you when you completed your payment
If the reason for return is of no fault of our own, we will credit your account providing the following conditions:
(1) You have contacted us and the return was authorized
(2) You understand 20% of the purchase price will not be refunded back as a re-stocking fee
(3) No original or return shipping fees will be credited
(3) Merchandise is shipped back in the same condition (including original packaging) and has not been used
(4) You include the original invoice that was e-mailed to you when you completed your payment
